September 22nd and 23rd at 7:30 p.m. at the ILA meeting hall on west third. This will be a regular membership meeting.

Cleveland Association of Rescue Employees Update Page
The Working Group met with the Operations Group on August 13, 2010. We reviewed the 4 sub-committes reports that was presented by the Operations group. The minutes of the meeting will be sent out via divisional notice after being prepared by Commissioner. We will also talk about this at the Open Forum on August 25th and 26th. The working group will meet again on September 17, 2010.
The next collective bargaining meeting held on Friday August 27, 2010.
CLAM JAM
The Northeast Ohio Fallen Heros Fund was created to help with the emergency needs of the families of police officers and firefighters and EMS who pay the ultimate sacrifice for the community. Police Officers,Fire Fighters and Paramedics elect to take a dangerous job, but none of them plan to get seriously hurt or die. When the evil of society strikes or natural disasters occur, no one is prepared. This organization came together in 2008 when Mike Trivisonno Jr. and John Krann (area businessmen) in company with Sgt. Margery Gerbec and later Detective Steve Loomis, President of the CPPA, worked tirelessly to organize fundraising to support this worthy cause. Gradually as the fine businessmen of Cleveland heard about this cause the support grew.
ON Sept 11. that's right save the date 9-11 2010 Clam Jam at the Nautica in the flats. This fund raising event supports any safety force fallen hero who has giver their life or been severely injured INCLUDING US AT CEMS. Advanced tickets are $20 including $5 free parking by use of the ticket stub. Included is a clam bake meal, ongoing bands, OSU game on Jumbotron and the raffle of a Harley Davidson .Gates open at 3:30pm at Nautica.contact Jenette Hagar at the office or Rob Raddell CARE DIR. for ticket purchase. We will also be selling tickets at the Open Forum we are haveing on August 25th and 26th at 7:30 p.m. at the ILA hall on West 3rd.
